Dr. Imane Nedjar, Director of the ICT Center at the Tlemcen School of Applied Sciences, was selected nationally to participate in the international training course:
“ICT Core Personnel Development (A) – IT Architect,” organized by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
This training brings together eight participants from eight countries: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cook Islands, Palau, Algeria, Tanzania, Cape Verde, and Ivory Coast.
It aims to strengthen skills in analyzing organizational issues and designing structured ICT solutions. The content focuses on the strategic integration of ICT into institutional operations. This initiative is fully aligned with the digital modernization vision pursued by our school and the Ministry, particularly through the creation of ICT centers.
